Kidney & Bladder Scan

The kidney and bladder scan at DC Scans covers the kidneys, the urinary bladder and the full KUB study — kidney, ureter and bladder. It is used to look at stones, cysts and infections, to measure post-void residual urine, and to assess hydronephrosis.

Every scan is performed and reported by our Senior Consultant Radiologist (Female), who has 16+ years of experience. Ultrasound and colour Doppler are non-invasive, painless imaging techniques that do not use ionising radiation.
